§ 1 HOTEL GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Guests must present a valid photo ID, sign the registration form, and pay the mandatory €10 Climate Crisis Resilience Fee per room, per night, as required by Greek Government regulations.
2. Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is by 11:00.
3. The hotel collects personal data during check-in to ensure the proper execution of the hotel agreement.
4. Quiet hours are observed from 23:00 to 07:00.
5. The reception provides one key per room. A €10 charge applies for lost keys.
6. Requests for stay extensions must be made at Reception before 10:00 on the day of departure. If available, an additional cost will apply, with pricing details provided at Reception.
7. Upon check-in, guests will receive a wristband, granting access to services and amenities included in the All-Inclusive offer.
8. Only registered hotel guests may access the hotel premises.
9. Non-registered individuals are permitted only in the hotel lobby area, with hotel management's consent, between 07:00 and 23:00.
10. The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to valuables left in guest rooms.
11. Guests are responsible for any damage or destruction of hotel property, equipment, or technical devices caused by their actions.
12. Any damage must be reported to Reception immediately.
13. In the event of non-payment for damages, the hotel is entitled to exercise a lien on items brought by the guest.
14. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in both hotel rooms and public areas. Legal guardians assume full responsibility for any damage caused by their children.
15. Guests must respect the comfort and well-being of others. Any form of harassment, verbal or physical abuse, or inappropriate behavior toward hotel staff or other guests will not be tolerated. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating this policy.
16. Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
§ 2 ROOM
1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room; it is only allowed on the balcony.
2. Guests are not permitted to make any alterations to the room.
3. An additional cleaning fee may be charged for excessive stains or damage (e.g., hair dye, blood, markers, vomit), as well as for soiled bed linens, towels, or mattresses.
4. Guests must store all food inside the refrigerator to prevent insect infestations (e.g., flies, ants). Failure to comply may result in a disinfection service charge.

1. Guests are not allowed to bring groceries (including drinks, snacks, or alcohol) from outside the hotel into public areas (e.g., restaurant, lobby, pool).
2. Guests are not permitted to play personal music at a loud volume.
3. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas with an ashtray.
4. Guests must be appropriately dressed in all public areas of the hotel.
§ 4 RESTAURANT AND BAR
1. Entry to the restaurant is permitted only during designated meal times.
2. A formal dress code is required for dinner.
3. Swimsuits and barefoot entry into the restaurant are strictly prohibited.
4. Food cannot be taken outside the restaurant. In case of illness or special assistance needs, please contact the maître d’ to arrange complimentary room service.
5. Refilling bottles from the drink dispensers in the restaurant is not allowed.
6. The bar does not serve alcohol to minors or intoxicated guests.
§ 5 POOL
1. The pools are open from 10:00 to 19:00.
2. Jumping into the pool is prohibited.
3. Running around the pool is not allowed.
4. Glass objects are strictly prohibited in the pool area for safety reasons.
5. Sunbeds and umbrellas around the pools are provided free of charge.
6. Moving sunbeds and umbrellas is not allowed.

If a guest fails to comply with the hotel’s regulations, hotel management reserves the right to proceed with an immediate check-out, with no entitlement to a refund. In all other matters not covered herein, the provisions of the Greek Civil Code shall apply.
