§ 1 HOTEL GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.Guests must present a valid photo ID, sign the registration form, and pay the mandatory 10 € Climate Crisis Resilience Fee per room, per night, as per Greek Government regulation.
2. Check-in at 15.00 and check-out at 11.00.
3. Information, including personal data, is collected by the hotel during check-in for the proper execution of the hotel agreement.
4. Quiet hours from 23.00 to 7.00 the next day.
5. The reception provides one key per room. A charge of €10 will apply for any lost keys.
6. Any request for an extension of stay beyond the original booking must be made at the Reception before 10:00 am on the day of departure. If available, the extension will incur an additional cost, with the price list provided at Reception.
7. During check-in, guests will receive a wristband, granting access to the services and amenities included in the All-Inclusive offer.
8. Only registered hotel guests are permitted to access the hotel premises.
9. Non-registered individuals are permitted only in the hotel lobby area, with the consent of hotel management, between 07:00 and 23:00.
10. The hotel shall not be liable for any loss or damage to valuables left in the room.
11. The guest shall be liable for any damage or destruction of hotel property, equipment, or technical devices arising from their actions.
12. Any damage caused must be reported to reception immediately.
13. The hotel is entitled to exercise a lien on items brought by the guest in the event of non-payment for damages.
14. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by their parents or guardians in both hotel rooms and public areas. Legal guardians assume full liability for any damage to equipment or technical devices caused by their children.
15. Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disrupt the peaceful enjoyment of other guests. Any form of mental or physical pressure, verbal or physical abuse, or insulting language directed at hotel staff or fellow guests is deemed unacceptable. The hotel reserves the right to refuse further service to any individual who breaches this policy.
16. For the comfort of all guests, the hotel does not accommodate pets.
§ 2 ROOM
1. Guests are not permitted to make any alterations to the room.
2. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the room. It is only allowed on the balcony.
3. An additional fee may be charged for extra cleaning resulting from unusual stains or damage (e.g., hair dye, blood, markers, vomit), as well as for soiled bed linens, towels, and mattresses.
4. Guests are not permitted to store food outside of the refrigerator, as this may attract insects (e.g., flies, ants). In such cases, guests will incur a charge for disinfection services.

1. Guests are not allowed to bring groceries (drinks, snacks, alcohol) from outside the hotel into public areas (e.g., restaurant, lobby, pool).
2. Guests are not permitted to play personal music loudly.
3. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas with an ashtray.
4. Guests are required to be appropriately dressed in all public areas of the hotel.
§ 4 RESTAURANT AND BAR
1. Entry to the restaurant is only permitted during designated meal times.
2. A formal dress code is required for dinner.
3. Swimsuits and barefoot entry to the restaurant are strictly prohibited.
4. Food cannot be taken outside the restaurant. In case of illness or special assistance needs, please contact the maître d', and room service will be provided at no charge.
5. Refilling bottles from the drink dispensers in the restaurant is not allowed.
6. The bar does not serve alcohol to minors or intoxicated guests.
§ 5 POOL
1. The pools are open from 10:00 to 19:00.
2. Jumping into the pool is prohibited.
3. Running around the pool is not allowed.
4. Glass objects are not permitted in the pool area for safety reasons.
5. Sunbeds and umbrellas around the pools are free of charge.
6. Moving sunbeds and umbrellas is prohibited.

If a guest fails to comply with the hotel’s regulations, hotel management reserves the right to proceed with an immediate check-out, with no entitlement to a refund. In all other matters not covered herein, the provisions of the Greek Civil Code shall apply.
